Cancellation Policy
A deposit must be made at least 72hrs prior to your appointment in order for your appointment to be confirmed; I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 24hrs (unless discussed with me) of any scheduled appointment; you will not be seen a next time until fee has been paid to resume your services.
If you are 10 minutes late after appointment, you will be required to schedule another appointment for a future date and pay cancellation fee to be able to re-book again.
